USA 1910 is the expansion pack for the acclaimed board game Ticket to Ride. I got hold of a copy of Ticket to Ride a few weeks ago and my fiance and i had been playing it fairly regularly since so i took the plunge and puyrchased this expansion. The main difference is that the expansion replaces the smaller cards found in the orginal game with Larger, easier to shuffle standard sized cards. I was suprised at how much better they were because shuffling the deck once it has been cycled is VERY important in Ticket to ride. The other significant additon is more than double the amount of Destination tickets available making it both more diffcult to predict where your opponent is going and easier to customise you own strategy. All in all it makes an already great game better for a very reasonable price.

One of the biggest gripe I've had with the original TtR game were those tiny cards which were hard to shuffle and stacked horribly, always tipping and sliding all over the place. USA 1910 addresses this (for me) major concern by providing nice, full-sized replacement cards and the difference is simply amazing.
But this expansion fixes few more things as well. You get twice as many route cards as they were in the original game, which are also sub-split in three groups allowing you to tweak your game per your liking (taking only the Big Cities cards will make the game tighter which is especially good for a 2-player game, while taking only 1910 cards will shift the game's focus from long routes towards finishing plenty of short route tickets). In other words, if you like playing TtR, this expansion is almost a must-have.
Bad stuff? Well, just one minor quirk - the nice tin box you get those nifty cards in does not fit in the original box. You must either opt for chucking the tin box or having extra baggage for your TtR game.
All in all, my recommendations.
