Found throughout the Earth Alliance, the Orion Starbase is a common sight above many colony worlds. The original design dates back to before the Earth/Minbari War but it has proved a worthwhile design capable of accepting many upgrades throughout the years.
Armed with railguns, pulse cannon and missile racks, the Orion also sports 8 flights of Starfuries to ward off attack. Though it lacks the firepower of a warship, the Orion is more than capable of keeping raiders at bay and can easily support a defending fleet.
