Power Grid Expansion - Benelux/Central Europe

Power Grid Benelux/Central Europe is a double-sided board featuring two new maps - Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg and
Poland/Austria/Hungary/Czech Republic/Slovakia - along with a few rules tweaks for Power Grid.

Benelux
* Oil starts cheaper and is replenished faster than coal
* There is an emphasis on eco power and if an eco plant is the cheapest plant in the future market then it is added to the current market
* Connection costs are cheaper and larger power plants come out earlier, which makes this map faster and more forgiving than most of the others

Central Europe
* No nuclear power plants are allowed in Poland or Hungary
* Connecting to Vienna gives a discount on garbage (apparently Vienna imports garbage)
* Coal is replenished quickly
* The rule tweaks are not particularly interesting and the only real difference is the relative desirability of the power plants

+ The rules additions are very minor - you don't have to relearn the game, but they do force you to try out new strategies
+ High quality components
+ Cheap

Certainly not essential (Power Grid is great without it!), though the Benelux map is better balanced than either Germany or the USA, requires less time to play and is ideal for new players.
