How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in two ways...
When will my order ship?
This depends on which items you purchased...

In Stock - These items are currently in stock and ready to be
dispatched within 24 hours, please note items are only dispatched
Monday to Friday.

Out of stock, usually ships within 3-4 days - These items are
not in stock at our warehouse but are in stock at our suppliers. We can normally restock within 3-4 days. If for
any reason we can not get hold of the items we will email you with an update on
the availability.

Out of Stock - These items are
currently out of stock at our warehouse and at our suppliers. Use the product notify to be alerted when the item comes back into stock.

Item is currently been reprinted - This item is currently been
reprinted at the manufacturer. Reprints can vary in time length from several
weeks to months. You can pre-order the item and it will be shipped as soon as
we receive it into stock.

Expected restock date - This item is currently unavailable and
is expected to arrive back into stock on the given date. You can pre-order the
item and it will be shipped as soon as we receive it into stock.

Expected release date - This item is not yet released and is
expected to arrive into stock on the date given. You can pre-order the item and
it will be shipped as soon as we receive it into stock.
Why did I recieve part of my order, what does 'To follow' mean?
If your order contains items which are not in stock we may ship the items
we do have in stock, at no extra cost, so as not to hold up your order.
The rest of your order will follow when we procure the stock for the
outstanding items.
The 'To follow' text shows you which items were not included in the shipment.
If shipping outside the UK your order will be shipped as a whole unit only.
I want to return my order/part of my order, please can you help me?
Please contact us with your order no. and we will give you directions on returning the
items.
I pre-oredered some items, why does the release date keep changing?
Some of the items we stock have only rough estimates on when they will be
shipped and sometimes slip from time to time. We do all we can to make sure the
dates are the most up to date and as accurate possible.
