Sorry, I cannot make tomorrow (now "Today") as I am out with work.

I can make the new tomorrow ("Friday") or next week, Monday, Tuesday anytime after 9pm or Wednesday, anytime after 10pm.

 

I'll also be at the Expo on Saturday if anyone wants to say "Hi".

I'll be wearing an IGUK T-Shirt, as I promised Steve a bit of free promotion, so I should be fairly obvious.

Tuesday's the last evening I can realistically do next week & am conferencing the entirety of the following week. First date I'd be free after that would be the 18th June.

I can do any time next week except Friday.  Tuesday does appear to have been mentioned by quite a few people as being OK can anyone NOT do Tuesday?

EDIT: Just answered my own question... just spotted that WhiteStone can't do Tuesday.  Oh well.

Wednesday 20th

I have a speaking engagement on the evening of the 20th & am away to a wedding on the Friday, so for me it'd have to be the 19th if it was going to be that week.

If you're looking at that far I'll probably have to bow out, I'll be going away sometime then (before) until early July, I'll update you if this changes but don't worry about me.

I can do Tuesday 19th (anytime pm) and also Weds 20th (if it is after 10pm). Thursday 21st is out for me. Any later and I'll either be on holiday or completely lost interest and bought Incan Gold from here.

I can do next week if necessary but sounds like that's a no-go.

Okay, week of 18 June: I can do 18, 20 and 21, or Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Tuesday is once again my boardgaming evening.

It seems to me that we are building up a mutually exclusive set of dates here and are in danger of not getting this final complete before year end.

I believe we need an executive decision from the organiser (Count Zero and/or IGUK) to set a date and a time based on the responses above (or the draw of a card / the flip of a tile / the roll of a die).

We're never going to get everybody available so someone will have to be disappointed. If I'm unfortunate enough to pick up a duck in a dungeon then so be it.

 

Over to you Count Zero / IGUK team.  Decision Please.

If it helps I could make Monday 18th but only very late. Due to finish in Northampton @ around 9pm and then got a drive back to Basildon which could be around 2hrs. 11.30pm ish is a possibility if that's any good? If I don't make it, I don't make it.
