Right, well seen as though noone else apears to be setting it up I'll try the organisation.  Personally I'm free anytime any day EXCEPT 9pm tuesday (until about 10pm usually).  So let me know when the rest of you are free and I'll try setting something up, might need help with someone on actually setting the game up on BSW but can sort that out once we have a time and date.

I work shifts, which means I my availability changes week to week. This week in the evening I can only do Sunday (13th).

Next week my availability is Thursday or Friday.

If it can be set up for during the day, let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.

I've just checked... I have a meeting Monday evening 7.30-22.00.  So it would be really helpful if the game could be at say 22.15.  Hope that's not too late in the evening for folks.

afraid I'm working late all this week, so none of those dates are suitable. 14th, 15th or 16th after 21:00 hrs I'm currently free.

So far the only night I cannot do is friday 11th May - should be ok for 21:30/22:00/22:30 any other day before the 21st May - then things look complicated so I'm going to look no further ahead right now.

11th is good for me! I'll keep checking back to see what the others have to say - consider it pencilled in the diary. Failing that, I'm no good on Wednesdays or Thursdays but pretty much available around 8-10pm the rest of the time.

So - this week is not happening -as per my last posting, I'm  travelling with work all next week, so 14/15/16 are not good. At a push I can make either Thursday (17th) or Friday (18th) around 10ish though I will not be popular with my wife.

Let's try again :-)

I'll find a room and make the game invisible and we'll muddle our way through from there. Once logged in if you use /hook pikeman or /tell pikeman we should all end up in the same place eventually.

Please confirm all OK. Any problems can you put a post on the forum so that we can all see.

Well I'm usually free during the day (not monday morning) but I just realised I'm going away from friday to sunday night so won't be available NEXT friday to sunday, then not monday morning that week as well.  Peter12 and Mikedeaders, can you let us know when you are free?

Both are good for me so I'll go with the majority - if we could make it perhaps just a tad earlier (say 9pm on the Sunday) that'd be great but the Saturday @ 10pm is fine.

I can't do the Saturday but Sunday 20th is fine. 9pm or 10pm (or stations inbetween) both work for me.

OK - I can't do Sunday night (seeing Zodiac Mindwarp & the Love Reaction in Concert!). After that, most evenings apart from Wednesdays are fine. Daytime is a no-no unless its the weekend.

That said, I haven't managed to play a game yet, despite being able to play Carcassonne, so if I'm the only one who can't make it, then I'll drop this tourney.
