IGUK Rewards Structure


Rewards gained will be placed on your account and will automatically be deducted from the total of your next order.

You can view your rewards from 'My Profile' .

Orders

  • Orders over £50 = 2.5% Reward
  • Orders over £100 = 5% Reward
  • Orders over £150 = 7.5% Reward + Free Parcel Force 24 Shipping
  • Orders over £250 = 10% Reward + Free Parcel Force 24 Shipping



Shipping and Delivery (Free UK Shipping!)


In the UK we offer 4 methods of Royal Mail Shipping.

(These dates are after the order has been dispatched).

  • Special Delivery - guaranteed next business day delivery before 1pm (after the order is dispatched) 
  • Parcel Force 24 - Usually 1 business day
  • First Class - Usually 1 business day (after the order is dispatched).
  • Second Class (Free) - 2-3 business days (after the order is dispatched).

International orders.

  • We ship to most countries around the world via Royal Mail Airmail.

Shipping for all orders is calculated automatically based on the weight of the package please follow the checkout process for the shipping costs.



Refunds and Returns


Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately. Where possible we will try to replace any missing parts although this can sometimes take 2-3 weeks. Where an exchange is not available, a 100% refund will be provided. Any returns postage will also be reimbursed.

Wrong item received

If we send you the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Return the item unopened within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the returns postage and send the correct item, should you still require this.

Unwanted items

Should you change your mind, simply notify us and return the item unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt to obtain an exchange or refund to the value of the item.
