All orders shipped via Second Class Post and within the UK are
shipped for free.
Other shipping rates are calculated based on the approximate weight of the total
order. This is the
fairest method we could find to ship our products, you pay only for the weight
of your package.
In the UK we offer 3 methods of Royal Mail Shipping.
(These dates are after the order has been dispatched).

Special Delivery - guaranteed next business day delivery before
1pm (after the order is dispatched)

First Class - Usually 1 business day (after the order is dispatched).

Second Class (Free) - 2-3 business days (after the order is dispatched).
International orders.

We ship to all countries around the world via Royal Mail Airmail.
- Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight of the package please follow the checkout process for the shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately. You will
be asked to return this and we will send a replacement where possible. Where an
exchange is not available, a 100% refund will be provided. Any returns postage
will also be reimbursed.
Wrong item received
If we send you the wrong item, please notify us immediately. Return the item
unopened within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the returns postage and
send the correct item, should you still require this.
Unwanted items
Should you change your mind, simply notify us and return the item unopened and
unused within 14 days of receipt to obtain an exchange or refund to the value
of the item.
